- 225 new condo units in the 18 story Regatta tower off Lincoln Blvd. at Maxella

- 508 new apt units in Chateau Marina on Lincoln Blvd. between Mindanao and Fiji Way

- 3,246 residential units in Playa Vista Phase I for a total of 5,846 residential units from both Phase I and Phase II on Jefferson between Centinela and Lincoln Blvd. (L.A. Times 9/23/04)

NOTE:
The above does not include the redevelopment planned for Fisherman’s Village, the large hotel planned for Pier 44, the Deauville Marina and Bar Harbor Marina project, the increase in hotels planned by the L.A. County around Mother’s Beach, the Senior Center proposed on the county parking lot across from the International Hotel, or the condo and apartment complex planned on the Bureau of Street Maintenance station located on Thatcher Ave.
