The Eyes of Taxes are upon you
By Fast
Eddie,
By now you are probably aware
that the Tomato Heads in Sacramento are actively looking for new and better ways
to generate revenue. For to keep going - big punch line, here - the rather
LARGE and ever-expanding central state government.
Naturally a number of allegedly very
serious considerations are taking their toll on to-date tangible progress.
For instance, what to do about the totally
vexing problem of just who exactly owns any given piece of commercial property
is considered a huge topic in the Tomato Heads’ debate. And, only slightly
more money-wise, whether the tax shelters the wealthy and plutocratic
invariably use to dodge their opportunity to generously contribute to the
upkeep of their fellow humanoids is another truly vexing Tomato Heads style tax
quandary.
Looks obvious and business as
usual stuff, does it not. Here’s my question. Does any of this stuff
really go to the heart of the matter? As in, only two more dollars per hundred
in taxes and, oh, one hundred thousand more poor go to homeless. And/or living
in a vehicle.
And, same numerics, three
hundred thousand blue collar workers get the high and exalted privilege of never
escaping the landlord. At least not in this
lifetime.
And, forty-seven quadrillion
bureaucrats with guns and badges will have to be put on the paycheck steady side
of the tax roles to forestall Overthrow Of The
Government.
Ain’t Taxation
great?
Here’s my point.
Politicians and bureaucrats don’t think down to the heart of the
matter.
In fact, it is their distinct and
irreversible habit to do anything at all but think down to the heart if the
matter.
Because, the whole tax system needs
to be changed. And thoroughly. And
fast.
Not the best sort of NEWS for the
Tomato Heads type, eh?
And,
here’s more good news for We The Suckers. It’s actually dramatically
easy to get rid of bureaucratic sloth, waste, and taxation in and of itself.
These points:
First, some sort of State
Constitutional Amendment which recognizes and demands daily practice of an
ancient venerable adage:
That
Government is best which governs
least.
And, in fail-safe back-up mode,
another Constitutional Amendment which declaims as Law, a right-to-work law but
directed most adamantly at the civil
service.
Next, a new categorization
regarding income. Which, I think, should be called
Funding.
Because, it is not taxation.
And it can not be taxation. And it never can become taxation. But, it’s
money.
Here relevant. 1) Funding should never
be paid to anyone except a county. This is done so that the thieves and the
robbers and the idiots can be easily found. And tortured, slowly, until they are
dead.
Next, “Nationalize”
all potable water sources here in California. And continue to sell the water at
exactly the same price as it is sold for now. And likewise as well all of the
currently out-of-style energy sources. Which is everything but oil. Solar,
wind, geothermal, natural gas, wave. Et
cetera.
Voila! We now have two revenue
streams which are, in effect, 100% reliable. And, perhaps just as important, are
inherently guaranteed to keep pace with the debasing of the national currency-
more commonly called
Inflation.
Similarly, we also have two
methods to disallow sloth. And just plain incompetence and delusions of grandeur
driven Tomato Head style purest
self-interest.
Is there
more?
There is one more. We’re
still a little short. So funding for Government may, when absolutely necessary,
be derived from a bill sent for services rendered source. And the bill must
prove, in meaningful detail, that the money requested is already spent and it
has provided thus and such.. To that individual or
household..
Reasonable. Yet, in
constraint, there is more. This money can’t come from anywhere ultimately
except from work. But the question here is, or needs to be, what is
work?
Are investments, of whatever
type, what is normally considered work? No. Tax them higher. Is making porn or
operating a boiler room normal; average work? No. Tax that money higher.
Gambling revenue? No. Tax it
higher.
And, you get the picture.
Because, even though banks and hookers
don’t care where your money comes from, it is time, and it is time past,
that our Government do just
that.
Because, that is the way the
normal and average person looks at these sorts of things, you
see.
In closing, no more taxation means a
huge step toward no more We, The
Suckers.
And, of course, there are all
sorts of refinements here still due and payable. But, we are going to leave that
up to you to pass those along to us.
