1. Andrew Willis, of the Coastal Commission, sends a nice letter to the city of L.A. telling them that the ordinance closing the Beach from midnight to 5 am every day is illegal. 2. Carmen "Nuch" Trutanich, L.A. City Attorney responds that it is harassment, and demands the Commission cease and desist. 3. Coastal Commission Executive Director Peter Douglas explains it so that even Nuch can understand. |
